WARRANTY ANALYST I - OPERATIONS

REQUIREMENTS: Analyze and resolve warranty issues from dealers, fleets, field and internal personnel including claim preparation and submission, clarification of policies, procedures and warranty coverage. Monitor incoming Remedy tickets to ensure resolutions are responded to in a timely, consistent and accurate manner. Provide reports reflecting performance of Response Team members for management and internal tracking. Troubleshoot contact inquiries by utilizing warranty systems such as TSO, RX, IMS, Remedy and web systems. Evaluate dealer and fleet inquiries and detect inconsistencies and training requirements.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline with extensive and proven analytical and negotiating skills is desired. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and advanced PC skills utilizing Access and Excel. Must be well-organized and able to balance multiple tasks, detail oriented, possess good judgment, and exercise initiative. Basic truck knowledge is also desired.
