Building wealth and rewarding careers, Countrywide Bank, FSB, is one of the largest banks in the nation with current assets of more than $100 billion.* From offering highly competitive deposit product rates to outstanding career possibilities, experience the extreme value we place on entrepreneurial talents and our team’s innovations.  * Based on current assets and other banking data reported to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) 1st quarter, 2007.  FVP, Internal Consulting   Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Leading all aspects of multiple client engagements·  Helping to define problems, analyze and document current processes, identify improvement opportunities, develop solutions, execute on recommendations and manage key clients·  Bringing expertise in Business Process, Technology, Change Management and Performance-driven Metrics·  Managing large Project Teams·  Managing direct reports (from Consultants to Managers)·  Overseeing the developments of complex projects and/or programs·  Executing on Operational Strategy·  Managing Financial Metrics against project plans and goals·  Developing and managing critical relationships across various Business Units·  Developing a broad understanding of Countrywide's strategy and business·  Mentoring and coaching future Leaders   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  Bachelor's degree·  10+ years of extensive experience in Business Management Consulting and Process Improvement·  Experience with hypothesis-driven Consulting methods·  Solid quantitative and analytical skills ·  Project-Management experience—preferably within a Big-Five Firm·  Industry experience in Financial Services·  Resourceful and innovative problem-solving skills·  Ability to operate in the absence of formal structure·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills ·  Ability to effectively engage with and present to Senior Management   The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  MBA   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
