Building wealth and rewarding careers, Countrywide Bank, FSB, is one of the largest banks in the nation with current assets of more than $100 billion.* From offering highly competitive deposit product rates to outstanding career possibilities, experience the extreme value we place on entrepreneurial talents and our team’s innovations.  * Based on current assets and other banking data reported to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) 1st quarter, 2007.  1st VP, Market President - North Pacific  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Accomplishing established goals for Production efficiencies and P&L for the assigned territory of Arizona, Northern California, Washington State & Oregon·  Establishing and maintaining communication between Countrywide Bank and other CFC businesses·  Managing the growth and integrity of the Countrywide Bank brand/name, customer service, marketing and local community involvement·  Recruiting, managing, coaching and developing District Managers·  Representing the Bank through local community involvement·  Performing Special Projects (as assigned)·  Participating in the expansion of Financial Centers·  Ensuring that adequate resources and training are provided·  Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and ensuring that such commitment to compliance is fully communicated to the staff, internal and external clients and other parties within assigned area of responsibility   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and/or equivalent experience·  10+ years of related experience·  Ability to travel up to 50% of the time·  Ability to manage, motivate, lead and develop staff·  Strong understanding of P&L Management·  Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills·  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
