Job Accountabilities:

Major responsibilities include collecting and skip tracing on past due auto loan accounts, with strong emphasis on resolving loan delinquency issues by telephone and in writing.  Incumbent will interface with various computer systems and skip tracing services. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and produce results.  Familiarity with collection laws.

 

Knowledge&Education:

 

High school education or equivalent work experience required.  Requires a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a 90-day consumer auto loan collection environment.  Strong negotiating and skip tracing skills.  Previous recovery and deficiency balance collections a plus.  Bilingual a plus.

Position is 40 hours per week (8:15-5:00) to include one late night and a half day on Saturday.
