The successful loan officer will be responsible for cultivating relationships with our clients and helping them to qualify for a house within 30-120 days.  Rent2OwnExpert is currently receiving 300-500 calls a month for clients looking for houses.  These clients are put through a screening process, and then passed directly to you.  Rent2OwnExpert has an in house Real Estate Company, Mortgage company and Construction Company to assist our client’s needs and get your loans closed FAST.  Our Realtors will work ONLY with you and cannot go outside the company.  Loan Officer must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
