Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 32 Work Schedule: Sunday 6pm-9pm; Monday 3:30pm-11:30pm; Tuesday 4pm-11:30pm; Wednesday 3:30pm-11:30pm and Thursday 4pm-11:30pm. Qualifications Minimum 2 years direct customer service experience. Previous banking experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal communication/interpersonal skills. Well developed written communication skills Effective analytical and problem-solving ability. Must be able to work independently as well as being part of a team. Detail oriented. Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment. PC Proficient - typing/keyboard 35 wpm. Availability to work flexible schedule. Responsibilities Under general supervision process ACH requests which is primarily customer calls, some research requests, processing stop payments, processing various ACH applications and other misc. tasks. Represent Citizens Bank in a professional manner. Maintain knowledge of all applicable system applications. Consistently ensure world-class service in all interactions. Comply with Bank's code of ethics and all Federal, State and Local laws. Follow proper security procedures and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
