We are seeking an AML Officer in our Malvern, PA office who will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily requirements of the compliance program in their assigned area of responsibility.  

 

Responsibilities include:

 

* Performs complex compliance activities and analysis in order to assess potential risk factors and resolve compliance issues.

 

* Serves as a resource for assigned area of responsibility regarding compliance on such matters as product development, documentation review and other business initiatives.

 

* Assists with the implementation of the AML compliance program requirements, policies & procedures, and training initiatives for the assigned area of responsibility.

 

* Assists with the AML monitoring program and performs analysis associated with regulatory filings, including suspicious activity reports.

 

* Identifies issues and recommends corrective action plans to more senior compliance personnel.

 

* Reviews, analyzes and reports on assessment of compliance risk and internal controls to more senior compliance personnel as appropriate.

 

* Maintains thorough knowledge of assigned compliance regulations and analytical and technical skills required to perform complex projects.

 

* Assists business unit personnel in understanding AML compliance regulations, policies and procedures.

 

* Assists with the preparation for compliance regulatory exams.

 

* Performs other related duties as required and handles special projects at request of supervisor.  

 

Qualifications:

 

* Normally requires 4-7 years of compliance or equivalent experience.

 

* Demonstrates solid knowledge of AML compliance regulations and compliance monitoring techniques.

 

* Strong organizational and analytical skills.

 

* Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

 

* Ability to work independently and perform complex compliance activities and analysis.

 

* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
