ANYWHERE IN OHIO - Small Loan Finance Company Manager

Eagle Loan Co. of Ohio, Inc. is a Finance company.  I am looking for a SUCCESSFUL present "old school" Finance Company Manager to start-up and be a part-owner of their own operation in Ohio!  I believe Ohio is a terrific market to grow a finance company.  We have 8 locations at present in Ohio.  This is the first time (4/08) that I have run a Monster Ad for such a position. But you never know who you might come across.  If you know of an individual who would fit this bill - you would be doing them a HUGE favor by showing them this ad.  We do not, nor have we ever, closed any mortgages in Ohio.  This is a SMALL LOAN OPERATION ONLY with some acquisition paper.  I am ONLY interested in MANAGERS who presently run a FINANCE COMPANY or have an extensive history of running an office for a FINANCE COMPANY.

 

When Eagle Financial Services, Inc. (a.k.a. Eagle Loan Co. of Ohio) started 10 years ago, it was with one idea in mind: Build the company with smart, loyal, dedicated employees who think on their feet --- empower them with TRUE autonomy and some direction and the business will succeed. In return - pay them well and be loyal to THEM... and you will get what you give! Message to corporate America... IT WORKS! But we all know I am wasting my breath. Most of corporate America will never get it.  The management of this company all came from another finance company (Beneficial in my case) and we were tired of the bureaucracy.  We are trying to build an "old school" finance company where people are approved on the entire picture, not just a credit score... Our average Manager's income (with over 2 years with the company) in 2007 exceeded $130,000. Previous years have been similar. At this time, I do NOT wish to hire someone who needs a whole lot of "hand holding".  There are plenty of GREAT people out there, and I don't doubt that you are one of them.  However, there is only one of me and I need someone who has a pretty good notion of what they are doing... and can walk in and have a turn-key operation that has 99.9% chance of success.  This ONLY happens with someone who is DIRECTLY in our business.  (Enough of those ramblings)...

 

We have all worked for companies that do not show loyalty to their employees, where individual self-starters are not appreciated (someone is standing over your shoulder all the time), sometimes where you are looking for something to fill your day (never a problem here), where your employer is just that - an employer - and only that. We are trying to create a family atmosphere here. We're small, and will likely stay that way. We have nineteen operations now, and very little turnover.My goal???  I don't have one. God has led this whole deal thus far, and He will continue to do so.  Frankly, if we never opened another office, we would be fine.  However, I managed a finance office for 8 years and was a District Manager for another 4 years.  If someone (at any point in those 12 years) had offered what I am offering...  I would have JUMPED at the opportunity to run my own office and get away from the bureaucracy of Corporate American.  And of course, I would have benefitted from a HUGE raise in the process.
