Aaron’s is closed on Sundays, offers a 5 day workweek, and shifts generally end by 9 pm or earlier! Aaron’s offers competitive base salary, as well as performance-based bonus opportunities and commission! Our General Managers are paid based on a percentage of their store’s profit.
