ATM First Line Plus Maintenance Technician

Job Description - External:Drive personal or company vehicle to ATM site locations

Diagnose and effectively correct irregularities and malfunctions on ATM machines

Perform inventories and order supplies as needed

Communicate with customers in person or via telephone on status of ATM machines

Conduct Deposit pulls and night depository service when assigned

Balance ATM's and clear counters

Perform various 2nd line repairs ie. clean rollers on card reader, replace belts on receipt printer, etc.

Change full sub-assemblies ie. card readers, CRT's, receipt printers, etc.

Activate, Deactivate, Install, and Shelve Mas Hamilton Locks

Position contains but is not limited to above responsibilitiesExperience - External:Basic PC knowledge and ability to follow PC applications

Ability to read and understand manuals, repair orders, and technical information

Ability to visually and audibly observe surroundings while servicing ATM machines

Ability to write reports, records, and correspondence.

Basic mechanical aptitude

Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, walk, climb, twist, turn, and reach out

Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely in accordance with the Driver Physical Qualifications established by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration
