ATM Vault Supervisor

Pendum Performing, on a daily basis, all duties assigned to the vault including cash verification, cash preparation, loading scheduling, etc. and ensuring all procedure are followedReport, research and resolve all money-related discrepancies to the Branch or Compliance managerDirect work flow, staff assignments, and coordinate trainingProduce and transmit customer reports timelyPerform staff performance appraisals and disciplinary notices in accordance with HR department guidelinesCommunicate directly with the branch manager to share updated information on customers and work assignmentsPosition contains but is not limited to the above responsibilities Minimum of one year of balancing and reporting experience in a related environmentMinimum of two years supervisory experience Computer proficiency, ability to effectively design and use inventory spreadsheets.
