AVP of Operations

This candidate will have a strong knowledge / education emphasis on Regulatory Compliance; including UCC, Reg CC, BSA, regulatory reporting, and implementing examiners findings.  Developes, executes, integrates, and monitors Branch plans, policies, and procedures that further organizational strategies.  Effectively coordinate a variety of Branch audits including financial, compliance /regulatory, quality risk management, internal controls, cash management, and information services.  Possesses knowledge of check processing.

Responsible for 8 branches ensuring that operation services are delivered in accordance with the quality and integrity standards established by Premier.  Provides leadership to Operations personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication.  Conducts staff meetings.  Ensures that personnel are well trained, effective, and optimally used.

Required :  CUNA Compliance School or equivelant
Branch Manager experience helpful
