Account Coordinator   Responsible for ensuring a pipeline of 80-120 loans are moved from receipt through closing.  Serves as the primary “in-house” Broker contact and acts as the liaison between the Sales Representatives, Operations staff and Brokers.  Communicates with Brokers to confirm receipt of loan files and loan status.  Resolves loan file issues.  Emails/faxes status reports to Brokers.  Answers Broker inquiries.  Due to the visibility of this position with clients, plays a key role in fulfilling department’s client service goals, including returning voicemails and e-mails within 2 hours and providing effective and accurate communication to internal and external clients (i.e. Brokers, Account Executives, etc…).  Prepares files for doc. preparation once all “prior to doc.” conditions have been met and performs audit prior to releasing to docs. including verifying file accuracy on Rate Lock, Pricing and Program Type, and reviewing file documentation to ensure within the 90 day guideline (i.e. Prelim, Appraisal, Credit Report).  Ensures conditions are received, processed in a timely basis and satisfied on loans.  In addition, accurately signs off on a defined list of conditions based upon experience and knowledge.  Forwards appraisal desk/field review requests to Appraisal Dept., as requested by Underwriting.  Coordinates closings/funding with Broker and settlement agents; validates fees with Broker to ensure accurate loan disbursement.  Emails/faxes rate sheets and status reports to Brokers; answers Broker inquiries.Experience:Minimum one (1) year experience.
