Icon Residential Capital is currently seeking experienced Wholesale Account Executives to cultivate Orange County, California.  Successful candidates will source and develop business relationships with loan originators meeting the credit profile required to become approved customers of Icon Residential Capital, as well as maintain business relationships with customers to produce mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
Requirements:

- 2+ years wholesale mortgage sales experience with an established
broker base primarily in Orange County, California.

- Proven sales track record with a thorough understanding of lending
credit criteria and underwriting guidelines.


- Working experience in web-based lending tools and effective use of 
marketing materials, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the
mortgage loan origination process.  “A” Paper/FNMA experience 
is a MUST!

- Must have exceptional communication skills, proven production history,
excellent organization skills, polished personal presentation, and be
goal-oriented and results driven.

- Must be able to create and maintain excellent relationships with our
customers.
