Account Manager

Growing New York City based financial and merchant services company is seeking a sales support associate.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing all aspects of the application process up to and including data entry of documents/information to our internal database through the approval/boarding process for all accounts submitted by your assigned sales team
• Develop & maintain business relationships with internal/external sales teams
• Provide continuous support and communication via phone and or email to salespeople
• Assist in obtaining documentation to complete the application process

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer service/client support focused role, Bankcard and/or mortgage application processing experience a plus
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment
• Strong written, organization and team building skills

This position is full-time, based in New York City and offers a base salary, monthly incentive bonus, paid vacation, medical/dental/vision benefits, matching 401K and TransitCheck.
