May perform work activities similar to the team of employees that are being supervised. ? Identify and resolve work processing issues. Make suggestions to streamline operations.? Some management positions are responsible for quality control and validity of daily pricing. ? Defines and manages successful completion of ad hoc client requests. ? Coordinate ongoing audits. Supply requested information.?Build and maintain strong client relationships. ?Train and develop new staff. Complete performance appraisals, promotions and salary increases. ? Assist management in the implementation of new policies and procedures.?May be responsible for overdraft monitoring, reporting and resolution.? May perform other duties as requested. ? Responsible for risk management by ensuring staff follows all Standard Operating Procedures, Key Controls, and Client Specific Procedures. Employee Specifications ? Equivalent to a B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. ? 2 - 4 years related custody, fund accounting or expense budgeting experience. ? Knowledge of financial securities markets, language and products.**Multiple opportunities available in various departments including Expense Budgeting, Fund Accounting, Portfolio Administration and Custody. Hours may vary per position.
