As the primary interface with the customer, represents company in a professional manner and develops a comprehensive account plan to identify key opportunities and respond to customer's needs. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops long-term strategic account plans. Builds and maintains relationships with the customer at all levels utilizing company management and other subject matter experts to ensure that company has high visibility with the account. Identifies new business opportunities and works with company management, business development, marketing and operations support groups to prioritize those opportunities and integrate them into the account plan. Maintains a cooperative working relationship with other business units and communicates relevant information concerning industry specific knowledge and/or interrelationships between the assigned accounts and other company accounts, potential customers and third parties. Client Relationship Manager's are responsible for training on our systems. Must be able to understand our software well enough to explain how it works to all current and prospective accounts. Responsible for ensuring that all compliance issues are identified and communicated to client. NATURE OF SUPERVISION RECEIVEDReceives general direction and is competent to perform nearly all aspects of the job independently. Some overnight travel is required.Qualifications*BS/BA or equivalent, directly relevant work experience. *5 - 7 Years of directly relevant work experience either within the industry or in a similar Account Relationship Management role in another industry. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong knowledge of lending and banking industry. • Knowledge of front end systems. • Strong negotiation skills. • Must be very detail oriented. • Excellent training skills.The First American Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
