Director of Accounting-Banking  110k-175K

Major International Bank located in New York City is currently seeking a dynamic individual to head their Accounting and Financial Reporting Areas. The ideal candidate should have an accounting degree and 8+ years Public/Private Banking experience at a management level.

 

Duties consist of the following:Responsible for accounting and financial reporting at the New York location in accordance with U.S. GAAP and International Accounting Standards. Ensure that there is a system of internal controls to reliably record, process, summarize and report financial data generated by business activity. Support corporate development including accounting for new financial products, acquisition and divestment of business entities, migration to new software systems and introduction of new accounting standards. (IAS). Keeping abreast of accounting and regulatory development in the U.S.A. and Internationaly to ensure that local practices are current and documented in policies and procedures. Liaison with local management, Head Office, external auditors and bank examiners on all accounting matters.



Reporting Manager 110K To 140K

Billion $ Investment bank and Financial Services firm seeks (2) individuals who can meet most or all of the following two descriptions:

-Responsible for External (SEC), Regulatory (Mgmt) Reporting. Strong or at least working knowledge of GAAP is plus as well as Capital Markets background.

*This individual may be looking for a career path in Financial Planning and Analysis*

 

-Responsible for SEC, NASD, SOX, & GAAP Reporting.  Working business knowledge would entail; commercial experience including exposure to GAAP, Consolidations and STAT.  A CPA is a plus with some type of public experience.

 

 

Investment Accountant/ Financial Controller  150k-200k

Multiple Billion $ Investment Banks are looking for one individual, with accounting and finance degree.  The ideal candidates will have 10+ years Public or Private experience in either balance sheet reporting, consolidations, expense and revenue analysis, global budgets, forecasts, strategic planning, US GAAP, regulatory reporting, product control, legal entity reporting, real estate accounting, policies & procedures, exposure reporting and special projects.

 

Financial Service experience from Public or Private is a must.

 

 

Bank Accountant/Regulatory Reporting 100k-140K
Major Bank located in New York City seeks several individuals with an accounting or finance degree and 3+ years experience in: Regulatory Reporting (Federal Reserve Reports) Head Office Reports Financial statement preparation Analysis and special projects

Bank accounting experience is a must.

 

Investment Accountant/Analyst 55K To 95K

$Billion financial services company seeks (3) individuals with an accounting or finance degree and 2+ years experience in Investment accounting, financial reporting, analysis and financial systems.
Other duties include researching various investment transactions, systems modifications, preparing investment portfolio reports and special projects.
