For more information, please visit our website www.firstam.com This position is a combination of account management and collections, with heavy emphasis on building relationships with assigned clients by establishing and maintaining lines of communication via telephone and e-mail. In addition to managing client relationships, you will be involved with reconciling billings against accounts, researching any issues or discrepancies, and following up with all parties involved to ensure successful resolution.QualificationsThe successful candidate will be a logical, highly organized individual who is not intimidated by change and new opportunities for learning.
