Administration Officer Supports one or more senior/executive managers by performing a variety of administrative duties. Provides a variety of administrative and support services to. Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific for the department or division. Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues. May assist in budget preparation and control activities. Assists in preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports. Administers programs, projects, and/or processes. Serves as an internal and external liaison for administrative purposes related to the department. Responsible for training and orienting lower level employees. Assists with policy and procedure issues. May schedule travel, plan meeting faciliitesor make other arrangements as needed. Other duties as assignedAdministrative Officer, X20 - Typically requires a High School degree or Equivalent and 6+ years of directly related experience. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive knowledge of other related fields. Extensive knowledge of department specific bank functions, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.. Sr. Administration Officer, X21 - Typically requires a High School degree or Equivalent and 8 + years of directly related experience. 2 year degree preferred Contributes to the development of new theories and methods. Advanced knowledge of departmental procedures, pc's, and customer service skills. Must be able to assist with policy and procedure issues for department management
