Administrative Assistant - Human Resources
Description:This individual will provide broad administrative assistance to the Financial Planning Products and Services (FPPS) Human Resource Business Partner team (including 1 VP, 2 Directors, 2 Managers and 1 Project Analyst). Responsibilities include heavy calendaring (which will require working with senior leaders and their administrative support teams), meeting and travel coordination, expense management support, copying, and filing. Position will also be responsible for report and presentation preparation, department program administration (timekeeping, supply management, recognition, etc.), project support (talent review process, performance management process, etc.), team activity coordination, and other duties as assigned.Qualifications:* 4 years of administrative support experience* Self motivated individual with the proven ability to take ownership and personal accountability of accurate and timely completion of assigned responsibilities. * Experience supporting multiple individuals in a fast-pace environment a plus!* Ability to work independently, with little direction, managing multiple priorities from a variety of leaders* Ability to be resourceful and be adept at using independent judgment to anticipate, identify, address, follow-up, question and resolve issues and concerns* Proficient with all MS Office applications, lotus notes, XMS, Ariba Buyer, etc.* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of integrity* Strong organization skills with strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with team members, business partners, and external contacts at all levels.* Creativity and customer service experience a plusSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceWe offer competitive benefits to eligible employees (including medical, dental, and vision plans).
