Administrative Assistant - Mortgage

Administrative Assistant needed to support independent mortgage broker.

 

This is a supporting role for an autonomous mortgage broker in an office downtown.

 

The right candidate can multi-task, work independently and function in many different roles. This position offers growth opportunities for someone that wants to take time to successfully become a mortgage broker and be paid a salary while learning and gradually moving up.

Successful candidate will possess these qualifications:2+ yrs experience in the mortgage industry (loan origination preferred, not processing or back end) Assist with mortgage process and client relations Culturally driven, polished and very professional Great customer service skills Experience with Act a plus Recent employment with major institutional lenders a plus College degree a plus

 

This candidate will grow into the position and will have the opportunity to get involved in the mortgage process when the time comes.

 

Ideal candidate will be someone that will be at a 2 year progression level - not someone who will expect a promotion in 6 months.
