**Trading Floor Administrative Assistant **
High performance NYSE Financial company is looking for an Administrative Assistant with prior financial experience working on a trading floor to provide support to two Managing Directors. Be part of a team and assist in coordinating travel itineraries, preparing presentations and expense reports, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, maintaining files and other administrative responsibilities as needed. Take on more responsibility as you learn and grow.
-Must have minimum of 1 year experience on the trading floor
-Must have Excel, PP and Word.
-Must be detail oriented, organized, and a team player
-Must be ready to work in a fast paced environment.
*Position is bonus eligible, paid overtime, benefits, 401K and other incentives
