DescriptionThe Administrative Coordinator plays a significant role in the branch through initial and frequent contact with borrowers as well as dealers. You will work closely with the finance office of local auto dealerships assuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include daily processing of credit applications (for completeness, proper signatures, accuracy and compliance with Truth-In-Lending), contract booking, payment processing, cash drawer management and performing general administrative tasks. This position will work closely with all team members in the branch to achieve monthly goals. Required Experience 2-5 years of successful financial services experience preferably in the areas of analysis or credit underwriting in consumer finance, customer service, call center, investigations and other administrative functions; effective communication skills; job stability, attention to detail, ability to thrive and be motivated by a fast-paced team environment; sound judgment, adaptability, problem solving and strong computer skills required.
