Alaska Statewide Mangement Trainee

Job Description: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is currently recruiting for its Alaska Management Training Program. The Program develops candidates for Personal Banker positions throughout rural Alaska, with the intended career path of Store Management. Training takes place in a classroom environment, as well as on-the-job in several of our store locations throughout the state. Candidates who successfully complete the 6 to 9 month Management Training Program will receive a relocation package, relocation bonus and promotional increase upon placement into a Personal Banker position within one of our rural Alaska stores. Wells Fargo Personal Bankers are responsible for managing a premier/excellent household customer portfolio and proactively cross-selling additional products through referrals and outbound calling with the goal of acquiring 100% of the customers' financial services business. Special emphasis is placed on providing customers with personal financial counseling and lending services. Personal Bankers also gain new customers through outbound calling (in-person and telephone) and through partner referrals. Personal Bankers also develop and maintain relationships with Wells Fargo partners to maximize sales opportunities. Minimum Qualifications: **Candidates must be willing to relocate to various communities throughout rural Alaska and must be flexible. **18 yrs of age1 year of successful retail sales and/or customer service expExcellent Communication SkillsWeekly use of a computer Preferred Skills: A bachelors degree/and or financial services experience is preferred but not required.
