Analysis Financial Planning II, III

 Essential Job Functions:

The successful candidate's duties shall include but are not limited to preparing a fully justifed and documented annual Bank's operational budget, performing monthly review of budget performances for assigned divisions/business areas, producing reports to anlalyze and forecast expenses, and serving as the FP&C liaison to assigned business areas.

The ideal candidate is also responsible for ensuring all DDTs and Support Tables submitted by business areas at budget time, as well as in actuals, are in compliance with Board of Governors PACS guidelines. The candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of all PACS principles and be a subject matter expert in PACS DDTs survey and Support Tables redistribution methodology for his/her assigned divisions.

Position Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, economics, statistics, or related fields.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.
Knowledge of Federal Reserve System accounting, budgeting, and PACS principles strongly desired.
Proven client service skills including the ability to provide consultative services to business areas on a variety of accounting and financial management issues.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative analysis to high level conclusions in written format.
Ability to identify relationships among disparate pieces of information and articulate meaningful conclusions or recommendations clearly and concisely.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience using Hyperion or other OLAP products strongly desired.
Attention to details and be organizationally aware of the Bank's structure.
