Analyst

Description:

Support the coordination, monitoring and communication of the Corporate Strategic Planning Process, to ensure all initiatives contribute and follow the strategic plan. Collaborate with the development and implementation of strategic projects, as assigned by management. Develop analyses, researches and presentations to effectively measure business performance, as required by top management and Business & Support Units. Facilitate the accomplishment of strategic goals by preparing management reports and analyzing financial and operational information to support business and strategic initiatives. Provide support to the Strategic Planning VP in various projects and initiatives. Provide support to the Retail Financial Services & Strategic Planning SVP with reporting and annual budget process, as well as various administrative and regulatory processes that contribute to the administration and monitoring of the business.

REQUIREMENTS: 

o Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.

o Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in banking, preferably in related field.

o Demonstrate analytical skills to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses.

o Ability to conceptualize initiatives and interpret information and translate to presentations to facilitate strategy communication to various audiences.

o Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish.

o Ability to interact and effectively communicate with top management.

o Ability to work independently, organize workload, prioritize, multitask, work under pressure, foresee problems and accomplish established work plan on a timely manner.

o Expert in the use of MS Office-Excel, Internet & Power Point.
