Financial Center Managers provide management, organization, leadership and control of an assigned Store/Financial Center consistent with goals and policies, a strategy that emphasizes customer service and retention while still pursuing growth opportunities, and staff appropriate to support it. Ensure the best use of organizational resources by planning and executing against strategic and long-range goals within the Store/Financial Center, including actively managing all retail banking activities in the Store/Financial Center. Demonstrate expertise in a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Build a dynamic sales and leadership team effectively offering retail bank products and services through the retail bank distribution network. Assistant Financial Center Managers (AFCMs) oversee sales, operations, and personnel administration for the Financial Center. Assist in ensuring that the Financial Center effectively delivers financial products and services to existing and new customers. Acts as the Financial Center Manager in absence of the manager. AFCMs work in a fast paced environment. An AFCM will function as a liaison among Financial Center (FC) personnel, head office, and operational support departments. This position ensures that operational integrity is not compromised. The AFCM will serve as a hands-on trainer for operational policy and procedures. Additionally, the AFCM will serve as an integral member of the sales team and is also a leader in sales; primarily loan related products and services. Directs and oversees floor management activities. Total compensation consists of a base salary component, as well as an incentive component. Sales and Services Supervisors provide organization, leadership and direction for either Sales or Service of an assigned Store/Financial Center. Ensure the best use of organizational resources by planning and executing against strategic and long-range goals within the Store/Financial Center, including actively managing and individually contributing to all retail banking activities in the Store/Financial Center. Demonstrate expertise in a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Proficient in supervising and individually contributing to Sales and/or Service areas within a Financial Center.
