Your success story starts here.  Financial Center Managers (FCMs) work to expand and support Washington Mutual's market share consistent with goals and policies. Their focus is on supervising the Assistant Financial Center Manager and all other staff, to ensure that the Financial Center (FC) effectively delivers financial products and services to existing and new customers. Financial Center Managers work in a fast paced environment. Goals are attained in the areas of sales production and leadership capabilities. Community involvement is a key element in meeting the needs of both the community and Washington Mutual. The Financial Center Manager is expected to lead all internal and external sales initiatives including loan production, while ensuring development of the Financial Center staff. Total compensation consists of a base salary component, as well as an incentive component.  Assistant Financial Center Managers (AFCMs) oversee sales, operations, and personnel administration for the Financial Center. Assist in ensuring that the Financial Center effectively delivers financial products and services to existing and new customers. Acts as the Financial Center Manager in absence of the manager. AFCMs work in a fast paced environment. An AFCM will function as a liaison among Financial Center (FC) personnel, head office, and operational support departments. This position ensures that operational integrity is not compromised. The AFCM will serve as a hands-on trainer for operational policy and procedures. Additionally, the AFCM will serve as an integral member of the sales team and is also a leader in sales; primarily loan related products and services. Directs and oversees floor management activities.
