For more information, please visit www.Fiserv.com POSITION PURPOSE:This position plays a critical role in providing phone and online support to clients (Financial Services) following installation of Fiserv Imagesoft's (nautilus) electronic document management systems and associated modules. Support involves analyzing problems, finding resolution and assisting in special projects, including pre-staging and proposal configurations. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and at least 2 year experience working with Windows 2000 and XP workstations, WIndows 2000 server system administration, installation and application software upgrades. Strong skill's in software problem identification and resolution, relational database administration experience using SQL 7.0 and 200 required. Imaging software knowledge a plus. Applicant must have previous helpdesk experience.Applicant must have the ability to communicate highly technical concept to a non-technical audience, as well as creating strong customer relationships. Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
