Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or prior work experience in the financial services industry with experience in a risk management, audit, and/or risk consulting role. Strong technical skills with industry knowledge and experience in Operational Risk Management. Basel II and/or Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) experience a significant plus. Proven business judgment with a track record of delivering "customer-oriented" service to business line managers. Demonstrated ability to interact with senior management. Demonstrated success in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of secure and scalable web-based database applications across a large organization. Clear understanding of Business System development across all layers of a distributed technical architecture: Front-end web environments including WebSphere, Middle-tier business logic messaging components including IBM MQ. Back-end including Data Transformation, RDBMS, and Data Mart/Data Warehouse. Experience with the following Mercury suite technologies: WinRunner is a functional GUI testing tool. QuickTest Professional (QTP), LoadRunner for load testing tool, Performance Center. TestDirector for Quality Center is a management tool for all aspects of software testing, ranging from capturing requirements, storing test scripts, test execution and defect management. Experience with Centerprise or other ops risk platforms and methodologies a major plus. Responsibilities As a contributor to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), this role will help coordinate the development, implementation, maintenance, and day-to-day oversight of the CFG-wide Operational Risk Management Program by developing regression and use case methods used in the testing of application enhancements for the Operational risk systems. Approaches to include: Record Replay – Used to develop short highly focused automated test scenarios. Such tests are not usually "Data Driven" and are not dependent on interaction with other components of an application. An example is repeated Logon-Logoff actions. Data Driven Automated Test Process – The development of code/functions that gives the necessary reusability, maintainability, and reliability for the test automation of diverse projects. The purpose of these tests will cover: Evaluation of a new application or new version of an application, Regression testing, UAT testing with user populations, Planning the application automated test activities, Implementation of the code adaptations, Execution of automated test scripts.
