Asset Securitization Credit Analyst / Originations - VP / AVP

Our client, an international bank located in New York City, is seeking an Asset Securitization Credit Analyst / Originations – VP / AVP to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have strong credit analysis skills and knowledge of ABS (Asset Backed Securities).  This individual must have experience structuring deals or experience supporting the origination of deals as a transactor.

 

Major Responsibilities: Originate, structure and market asset securitization transactions to clientsCommunicate with clients on a daily basis and execute dealsExposure to conduits and maintaining relationships with clientsPerform in depth credit and collateral analyses

 

Job Requirements: 3 + years of experience with asset securitization transactions Exposure to deal originations, structuring, marketing and executingExcellent credit analysis skills – financial modeling Knowledge of conduit program – operational process Bachelor’s degree requiredMasters degree preferredWillingness to travel and work long hours required Japanese language skills is a plus
