Assistant Financial Center Managers (AFCM) oversee sales, operations, and personnel administration for the Financial Center. Assist in ensuring that the Financial Center effectively delivers financial products and services to existing and new customers. Acts as the Financial Center Manager in absence of the manager.AFCM's work in a fast paced environment. An AFCM will function as a liaison among Financial Center personnel, head office, and operational support departments. This position ensures that operational integrity is not compromised. The AFCM will serve as a hands-on trainer for operational policy and procedures. Additionally, the AFCM will serve as an integral member of the sales team and is also a leader in sales; primarily loan related products and services. Directs and oversees floor management activities. Total compensation consists of a base salary component, as well as an incentive component.Ability to interact with all levels of management, employees, industry peers, and customers. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proven history of negotiation and influencing skills. Previous supervisory experience and proven ability to lead and develop a team. Lending experience that includes origination, processing, credit decision making, and delinquency collections. Proven sales techniques and sales management skills. Professional staff development, performance management, training, and employee counseling skills are essential. Previous financial industry experience would be beneficial. Proven ability to manage and supervise employees. Develop, review, and deliver reports on time.
