The Assistant Store Manager is paid a base salary plus an incentive that is tied to the store's production giving the individual the opportunity to increase his or her earning potential. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leadership and staff development, greeting customers, completing customer transactions, making bank deposits, working on collections, and opening/closing the store as directed by the Store Manager.


Essential Job Functions:

Leadership and staff development involving: training, development and evaluation of customer service representatives. Provide excellent customer service via phone, TitleMax stores and referral programs. Preparing required paperwork for loan transactions. Effectively execute field and phone collections. Establish daily collection plan for team members. Administrative duties include but not limited too: Open and close the store Cash handling Familiarize with all operations and procedures Perform Store Manager duties in the Manager’s absence

Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in customer service, sales or management. Collections and Rent-to-Own experience a plus. Employment is contingent upon passing a credit check, criminal background check, and a clean driving record. Must also posses reliable transportation, drivers license, and proof of insurance.
