Responsible for supervision of all check processing operations including Inclearings, POD item capture, reject repair and balancing, branch and merchant capture processing, and electronic cash letter presentment with an emphasis on workflow to meet critical deadlines. Confers with OIS System Administration and Development team and Information Systems to resolve system errors and support testing of item capture hardware and software upgrades/enhancements. As a member of the Capture Services Leadership Team, works collaboratively with other team members to demonstrate management cohesiveness and ensure coverage of all departmental functions. Partners with Retail Banking Services in order to understand the operational needs of the branches.Required Skills

High School diploma or equivalent training and work experience related to the duties of the position. Teller Operations experience is desired. Successful candidate will have 2-3 years banking experience in a position of progressive responsibility. Requires the ability to establish a high level of credibility with all levels of internal and external staff.   Must be able to work independently and possess excellent communication and decision making skills.  Previous supervisory experience is a plus.  Strong technical skills required including knowledge of Microsoft Product Suite and Network/Directory Navigation. Possess the ability to embrace change and a desire to foster the development of associates in a rapidly evolving industry.Must be available to work during planned and unplanned system outages. Some weekends may also be required during system upgrades.
