Assistant Vice President of Customer Service

Occupation: Call Center;General/Other: Customer Support/Client Care;Retail Customer Service Working closely with the Vice President of Customer Service, the Assistant Vice President of Customer Service will assist in the management/operations of the department. The ideal candidate must possess 3 – 5 years of managerial experience in resolving escalated customer service calls via first-class Customer Service. Time management skills, an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task are required. This position also requires 24 hour/7 days a week on-call availability on occasion.
