HighlightsAIG Job ID: 08-312RPosition Type: Full Time - RegularLocation: IN-EvansvilleRelocation: YesRequirementsEducation: Not IndicatedExperience: 6-9 yearsDescription: We are searching for an individual to manage, plan and participate in the following QA job functions: * Lead and manage a team of 27, including Supervisors, Quality Assurance Specialists and Analysts. * Manage QA function so that applications are thoroughly tested before release. * Manage QA reports (daily defect reports) and make recommendations for appropriate action. * Improve the testing process to gain efficiencies and raise application quality. * Manage the budget and the recruitment activities of the team. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: * BS in Computer Science, Business or related area. * 7 years of Quality Assurance experience including software development, testing web, AS400 and mainframe applications and 5 years of management / leadership roles. * Experience working in Web, Mainframe and AS400 environments. * Understanding of Quality Assurance best practices, automated testing software and defect tracking software. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills. * Experience working with cross-functional team in multiple departments.
