Associate Paralegal Contractor

MortgageHub's Norcross, GA office is seeking an Associate Paralegal with 3-5 years paralegal or related experience.  This position is 1099 only.  A bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required.  The selected candidate will have experience in all of the following:Drafting and negotiating customer-facing technology agreements (license, professional services, maintenance) Solid understanding of technology contracts and verbiage Non-Disclosure Agreements Amendments Providing support to sales force Coordinating internal communications Reviewing and understanding corporate documents (corporate governance)

This individual will need the ability to handle multiple priorities and time pressures, possess strong written and oral communication skills with all levels of staff and management, as well as strong computer skills.  Specifically, the Associate Paralegal Contractor will provide assistance in preparing legal documents, perform routine legal research and compile data from reference sources, prepare drafts of contracts and other legal documents, maintain file systems and assist in the administration and preparation of legal transactions.
