Associate Project Analyst
Essential Job Functions: The shared Support Services unit of Banking Supervision and Regulation (BS&R) Department is seeking an Associate Project analyst to work in the Administrative Services Group. The position operates independently on most assignments, which must be handled quickly, simultaneously, and without overlooking important details. The candidate must be able to multi-task, demonstrate good judgment and communicate effectively with an array of individuals, units, Federal Reserve System groups, and outside organizations.
The position requires a variety of duties and responsibilities which include:
Facilities Coordination - including cubicle/office movement, phone requests, key
maintenance and all related issues
Maintenance of E-directory System (BS&R only)
Provide quarterly updates of 6th and 9th floor plans for budget and business continuity
Act as primary Information Security liaison for BS&R
Attend District Information Security Liaison meetings
Maintain BS&R Duty Officer schedule
Coordinate building visitor access
Back-up New Employee Orientation and Exiting Employee Process
Back-up Blackberry and Air Card maintenance
Back-up daily mail distribution
Coordinate meetings, seminars, conference calls and schedules of outside visitors
Coordinate printing/duplicating of forms and informational materials
Provide back-up support for other staff members
Perform ad hoc projects
Position Requirements: An applicant for employment must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, or hold a permanent resident/green card with intent to become a U.S. Citizen.
An Associates degree from a 2-year college or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency with personal computers and standard software such as Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Initiative with the ability to follow through on directions and perform under general/minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively with a team
Familiarity with Reserve Bank and/or BS&R administrative policies and
procedures
Demonstrated behavioral competencies: Good Judgment, Achievement, Teamwork, Self-Awareness, and Flexibility.
