The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for market development, product sales, the expansion and retention of existing business relationships, the development of new business, and the management of the branch staff and operations.Qualifications• Advanced knowledge and understanding of financial products and services• Excellent knowledge and understanding of sales techniques and practices • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills, sales and customer relations skills • Excellent math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in order to reconcile accounts • Excellent knowledge of PC • Excellent supervisory and sales/team management skills; ability to motivate and develop sales aptitude skills in others This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in a business related field and 5-6 years experience in a management/supervisory capacity in a financial institution, or equivalent experience of (11-12 years).
