This position is primarily responsible for market development, product sales, the expansion and retention of existing business relationships, the development of new business, and the management of the staff (typically 3-5 employees) and operations of a Level I Branch having lower levels of revenue, sales, and/or transactions.QualificationsWorking knowledge of financial products and services.Good interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills, sales and customer relations skills.Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in order to reconcile accounts.Thorough knowledge of PC and various software.Basic supervisory and sales/team management skills.This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree in a business related field and 1-2 years experience in a management/supervisory capacity in a financial institution, or equivalent experience of 7-8 years.Preferences: Sales aptitude/self-motivated/goal oriented; 2 years experience in retail sales; Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
