BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER

OMNIBANK, N.A. has an immediate opening for a Branch Operations Manager at their Westchase branch in west Houston. The Branch Operations Manager has overall responsibility for daily branch operations and directs branch activities such as teller ops, new accounts, sales, and risk management.  This individual will supervise a small support staff, ensure delivery of superior customer service, open and service customer accounts, adhere to and ensure branch compliance with audit and regulatory procedures, and manage branch operations to attain bank goals.

This position requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years branch operations management experience in the banking industry, specifically a national bank.  Position requires a solid background in cross-selling, teller functions, and new accounts.  Strong sales experience preferred.  Qualified applicants will have strong supervisory experience and understanding of banking regulations and compliance guidelines.  Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem solving ability are required.  Candidate must have ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.  This individual must be able to professionally and effectively interact with internal and external customers and have a demonstrated ability to handle detailed work. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Windows-based teller system is required.
