BROKERAGE UMA (Unified Management Account) OPERATIONS PROJECT MANAGER One of TAC Worldwide Companies' clients www.tacworldwide.com's located in San Francisco, CA and Minneapolis, MN is looking to hire a seasoned BROKERAGE UMA (Unified Management Account) OPERATIONS PROJECT MANAGER who will be responsible for developing and implementing a single account solution for facilitating the holding, trading, reporting and analysis of investment products across individual issues, separate account managers, mutual funds, alternatives, ETFs  JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:In this position, your primary role will be to: Review asset allocation and create such reports Source of data for Unified Management Account level fee calculations and other operational functions Generate an umbrella advisory investment agreement and investment policy for single registration Facilitate the identification and selection of an overlay manager for IM&T accounts Implement Unified reporting of investment performance as well as analysis of performance versus investment policy Proactively provide client-ready versions of the above items  DAILY TASKS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Responsible for leading project teams and managing activities associated with projects that are long-term, organizational entity-wide or company-wide (crossing multiple organizational entities) and moderate to significant in risk, scope and complexity. Consult with business partners to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work.  Develop and revise complex project plans and budget Works with users to understand complex problems and focuses on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
