Additional information may be found at www.citigroup.com or www.citi.com Citi Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi") are equal opportunity employers M/F/D/V and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic.Communicates loan approval / denial to dealership and negotiates final terms.  Re-verifies information provided by the dealer, NADA value, addresses, etc.  Rehashes deal if necessary to obtain the loan approval.  Educates the dealer base on the type of loan the company is accepting while building and maintaining relationships.  Follow up with dealership to determine if they will accept the loan decision.  Will work with Dealer Development Representative to establish relationships with dealers and help identify high and low performing dealerships or new business opportunities.  Performs underwriting duties and makes buying decisions.  Works under immediate supervision, but has an established level of loan authority.  Must have detailed knowledge of company-offered products.College degree is preferred, but not required with equivalent work experience.  2-3 years underwriting / sales experience in the financial services or automotive industry.  Dealing with internal and external customers in a positive manner during difficult situations.  Must have excellent customer service skills.  Ability to read and analyze credit bureau reports.  Ability to multi-task and handle large volume of work.  Working knowledge of the auto industry.  Proficient computer skills.
