Bank Branch Operations Manager

First Foundation Bank is currently looking for a dynamic Operations Branch Manager to be responsible for the bank's overall operations, (operating budget, profitability and operational integrity of the branch),  sales/service activities,  and marketing plan.  The Operations Manager will provide overall leadership for the branch. Understands, communicates and works to achieve the mission of the Bank. Provides primary administrative oversight to ensure superior customer service and compliance with established Bank policies and procedures. This position is responsible for attaining established individual and Branch goals through active participation in Branch sales and service programs.  Responsible for the ongoing training of staff.

· Ensures that the branch sales/service supports the overall corporate objective to provide superior service.

· Plans, implements and manages the operating and capital budgets to maximize branch profitability. Manages the branch portfolio for optimum performance.

· Reviews month-end data to measure YTD results to Performance Plan. Identifies and implements a working business plan to optimize results and meet goals.

· Ensures that the branch meets all regulatory compliance standards. Follows all operating policies and procedures.

· Directs branch business development through outside calls, in-branch selling, targeted direct mailing and providing excellent customer service.

· Ensures expansion of customer relationships through branch cross-selling activities.

· Participates in selling Bank products.

· Develops and manages an annual branch marketing plan with specific goals.

· Promotes staff development through training, cross-training and career planning. Trains staff in the area of customer service, sales, operations and Bank products. Ensures that ongoing sales and product service training is provided.

· Oversees and administers all branch human resource issues.

· Participates in events that demonstrate support for the community and increase business opportunities for the Bank. Ensures compliance with CRA outreach programs.

· Ensures that branch personnel comply with all laws and regulations.

· Documents and communicates individual compliance performance in annual staff evaluations.

· Actively participates in a non-profit or community services organization.

· Engages in the cross selling and referral of specialized services to appropriate departments.

Performs other duties as assigned.
