WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION?Interacts with product segments to provide compliance support on products and services Provides training and education on compliance topics as necessary Completes scheduled and ad hoc reports for Bank management on compliance issues Participates in tracking consumer complaints and agent performance issues

WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?Develops broad-based knowledge of banking with a focus on assigned business lines Participates in project groups and committees Establishes business relationships with various Bank product lines, service areas, and vendors Develops an understanding of the federal regulatory environment applicable to the Bank Communicates with enterprise compliance contacts Proposes updates and revisions to Bank compliance policies and procedures. Researches product/service compliance assessments Reviews Bank-related marketing, advertising, and communication pieces.

ITEMS OF NOTEMay require passing additional background checks May work irregular hours based on workload and job requirements May require travel via commercial transportation and/or driving motor vehicles to various State Farm business locations, seminars, conferences, and/or industry meetings

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION1. Support the Bank's compliant operations by following Compliance Plan and Compliance Assessment schedule.
2. Interact with Bank business lines to provide compliance support on products and services.
3. Interact with Zone and Enterprise compliance contacts on areas of joint compliance focus.
4. Assist the Bank during Office of Thrift Supervision regulatory examinations.
5. Complete scheduled and ad hoc reporting of relevant compliance issues to Senior Bank Management and the Audit Committee of the Bank's Board of Directors.
6. Various other duties related to compliance monitoring and oversight of Bank operations.
7. Possess a solid compliance and/or operational knowledge in any or all of the following areas:
residential lending secured consumer credit credit cards commercial lending deposit products
8. Ability to plan, conduct and report upon focused Compliance Assessments of the OTS' Compliance Oversight Examination Program (COEP) segments.
9. Ability to plan, conduct and report upon focused Compliance Assessments of the Bank's various products, services and operations.
10. Utilize prior banking experience and/or education to provide comprehensive Compliance coverage of at least one Bank product area.
11. Working knowledge of Federal Fair Lending Laws and Regulations is a plus.
