Seeking a Bank Manager for our Chicago location.

 

The Bank Manager is a key member of our sales team; and is responsible for building, retaining, and managing customer relationships. We need a professional to deliver a range of deposit, loan, investment, and trust products and services.  Direct the development, implementation and weekly monitoring of the overall branch sales effort, ensuring targets and sales results are achieved.  Execute effective calling program/plan.  Provide leadership through recognizing, coaching, stimulating, visioning, and team building. 

 

The qualified candidate will be expected to represent Harris in a positive manner in all contact with customers, businesses, trade associations, and leadership activities within the community.  We require a minimum of three years experience in banking, previous teller management experience and previous personal banker management experience preferred. Expert knowledge of all retail banking operations/products, commercial deposit products, and Bank policies/procedures.  Manage risk associated with new account opening procedures, regulatory compliance, overdraft authority and Bank Secrecy Act.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
