Bank Marketing Research Analyst

Analyst willdesign/implement retail banking market research projects and quantify results.  Participate in sales initiatives that assist the retail line of business in attainment of key strategic goals.

Develop and assist in conducting surveys and studies to analyze current and potential customer purchasing patterns, preferences, and organization's brand and marketing effectiveness.

Research internal and external market conditions and conducts feasibility studies to determine market demand for existing and new products or services.

Translates analytical/numerical results into logical and action able insights for management.

Manage MCIF system includes updating, fulfilling report needs and consulting with line people.

Design metrics, reporting and analysis of retail initiatives to identify strengths/ weakness and successes/disappointments, as well as forecast future opportunities

Communicate sales opportunities to local markets and collaborate with local markets to implement sales plans and marketing tools

Assist in the development and management of branch merchandising and design/communication of branch promotions

Bachelor's degree (B. A.)  in marketing, preferred. Three years analyst related experience and/or training; or equivalent.  Retail Banking experience required.

Extensive knowledge of Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.  Experience with MCIF systems preferred
