Qualifications for the positions may vary, but would include the following: High school diploma or equivalent combination of working experience. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy. 10-key skills by touch and name/number recognition skills. Ability to problem solve and perform job functions with interruptions. Knowledge of Microsoft office products such as Excel and Word. Strong clerical experience along with excellent customer service skills.
