The Bank Service Representative position consists of performing teller duties 80% of the time and sales duties 20% of the time, while delivering quality financial services that meet the needs of customers as they relate to daily transactions involved with customers' accounts. Responsibilities includes selling/cross-selling bank products/services and referring products/services of affiliate companies that meet the identified needs of both existing and new customers.
